This refund policy applies only to digital books (for example, PDF and EPUB exam-prep titles) sold via MasteryExamPrep.com and our e-commerce provider (such as Lemon Squeezy). It does not apply to app subscriptions or in-app purchases from the Apple App Store or Google Play. Those purchases are governed by the respective store’s policies.
When you purchase a digital book from us, you receive immediate access to download the files (typically PDF and/or EPUB). Because digital files can be copied and stored indefinitely, we treat these as non-returnable digital goods. For this reason, we do not offer “change of mind” or “I decided not to study” refunds for full digital editions.

By purchasing a full digital edition, you acknowledge that you have had the opportunity to test compatibility via any available Lite or sample edition.
While full digital editions are generally non-refundable, we will work with you in the following cases:
In all cases, we may request your order details (such as order ID, email address, and purchase date) so we can locate the transaction.
If you purchased a subscription or in-app content via the Apple App Store or Google Play, those transactions are processed and controlled by the respective app store. Refunds, cancellations, and billing disputes for those purchases must be handled through Apple or Google, and are subject to their terms and policies. This page does not override app-store rules.
If you believe you qualify for a refund or need help with accessing your digital book, please contact us:
We aim to respond promptly and either resolve technical issues with replacement files or, where appropriate under this policy, issue a refund or credit.
Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any mandatory consumer rights that may apply in your jurisdiction (for example, statutory rights related to digital content in certain countries or regions). Where such rights apply and conflict with this policy, your statutory rights will prevail to the extent required by law.
